Unlocking Career Success is a web site that was designed by J&BLil Technologies and Kaptivate Group for the Department of Education as part of an initiative that reimagines how our nation’s high schools prepare all students to thrive in their future careers. The initiative blurs the lines between high school, college, and career, providing students with accelerated and innovative opportunities to earn college credits and gain real-world career experiences. This joint effort across the U.S. Departments of Education, Labor, and Commerce will support public and private sector leaders, government agencies, and other community-based organizations to help students earn postsecondary degrees and industry credentials that our employers need, and our economy demands. The site was developed in 3 weeks which was an incredible achievement considering web site development projects can sometimes take up to 6 months to develop. The Department of Education Secretary was thrilled with the Unlocking Career Success website and impressed by the speed with which it was brought to life.

Challenge.gov is a GSA website which is managed by the General Services Administration. The contractors which manage and develop the site are Kaptivate Group and J&BLil Technologies. This site is for public innovators to accept challenges. Through this website, federal agencies can engage public solvers in challenges and prize competitions (together referred to as “prize competitions”) to identify innovative solutions to critical issues.
